Governance |
AAES governance is overseen by an Assembly. The Assembly consists of the president and executive director from each AAES member society. The Assembly selects a nine-member Board of Governors that oversees the day-to-day activities of AAES. The Association is guided by a Constitution, a set of bylaws, and a five-year strategic plan. AAES staff is located in Washington, DC.
