300. MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS AND EVENTS
301. An annual Business Meeting shall be held each spring for the purposes stated in Article IV Section 2 of the Constitution.
302. Other meetings and events, consistent with the purposes of the organization, may be held subject to the approval of the Board.
303. There shall be held each year, a minimum of two assemblies of the member societies. One of these shall be in conjunction with the spring Business Meeting. Assemblies shall be for the purpose of informing member societies of the activities of AAES and presenting information of interest to members societies in the areas of public policy and public awareness.
304. Member societies may send an unlimited number of delegates to the assemblies. However, the Board may assess fees for all or some attendees.
305. There shall be held each year an Awards Banquet and Ceremony.
